proxima-rclone is a private application used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public.
The application requests only the Google Drive drive.file scope. With this scope it
can access only the files that it has created itself in the owner's Google Drive. It cannot read
any other files in Google Drive, and it does not access Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data.
The application stores backup data of the owner's home server in the owner's Google Drive. The backup data is encrypted by restic before it is uploaded, so the stored files cannot be read without the owner's restic password.
No data is sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to store and restore the owner's own backups.
Backups are kept and pruned according to the owner's own retention settings. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party access settings.
